The FLASH™ adjustable ball mount system by Fastway consists of two primary components:

  1. Drop Bar: This is the vertical component that inserts into your vehicle’s receiver hitch. It’s available in various drop lengths—such as 4″, 6″, 8″, and 10″—to accommodate different towing heights. The drop bar’s size should match your vehicle’s receiver size, typically either 2″ or 2.5″.
  2. Ball Holder: This horizontal component attaches to the drop bar and holds the hitch ball(s). Fastway offers different ball holders, including models with integrated scales to measure tongue weight and those with dual hitch balls (commonly 2″ and 2-5/16″) for versatility.

When combined, these components form a complete adjustable drop ball mount, allowing you to customize the hitch height and ball size to suit various trailers. This modular design provides flexibility and convenience for towing multiple trailers with differing height requirements.

Drop bar models are size specific. If you are unsure which size ball holder you need, place your drop bar in your receiver.

Drop bar models come in 4″, 6″ 8″ or 10″ drops.
